Our client, a high-end property developer, needed compelling marketing materials for an upscale residential complex that was still in the pre-construction phase. With unit prices starting at $1.2 million, potential buyers expected to see realistic representations of what they would be investing in.

The designs featured unique architectural elements and premium materials that needed to be accurately visualized. Additionally, the client wanted to showcase how the development would integrate with its natural surroundings and highlight panoramic views that would be available from different units.

Our Approach

We began by analyzing architectural drawings and material specifications to create precise 3D models of the entire complex. Our team worked closely with the architects to ensure every detail was accurately represented, from custom fixtures to specialized building materials.

For exterior visualizations, we incorporated seasonal variations and different times of day to showcase how the building would appear year-round. Drone photography of the actual site was combined with our 3D models to create realistic environmental context.

For interiors, we collaborated with the project's interior designers to create fully furnished spaces that reflected the target market's lifestyle expectations. We developed custom material libraries to accurately represent premium finishes like imported marble, custom woodwork, and designer lighting fixtures.
